At Memories by Nithin, we carefully pack every order to make sure your products reach you safely and in perfect condition.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Since some of our products may be handmade or carefully prepared, certain orders may require additional processing time. If there is a delay, we will keep you informed.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship orders across India.
Standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Remote locations may require additional delivery time.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking details through the contact information provided during checkout, whenever tracking is available.
You can use the tracking information to follow the progress of your shipment.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure that your shipping address, phone number, and other delivery details are correct before placing your order.
Memories by Nithin is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or the recipient being unavailable, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the order.
Delayed or Lost Orders
While we work with reliable courier partners, unexpected delays can sometimes occur.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs or a video of the package before opening it and contact us as soon as possible.
For damaged products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photographs/videos.
International Shipping
At present, Memories by Nithin ships only within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
